07/13/11 VANDALISM: Someone reportedly caused damage to the rear of the Eugene C. Clarke Jr. Community Center, 235 S. Third St. Chambersburg Police said the incident happened either Friday or Saturday. No further information about the nature of the damage was provided in a police statement issued Tuesday.
