Bon Secour Village bought by Point Clear investors

04/24/11 Local investors paid $4.5 million for the bank-owned Bon Secour Village on Baldwin County 4 on the Intracoastal Waterway in Gulf Shores. There are five occupied homes and a 3,500-square-foot sales office in the 900-acre development that went bust more than two years ago. It was designed as a traditional neighborhood including condominiums, upscale neighborhoods, retail shops and marinas.
