Ewen-TC school board adopts budget

06/30/11 EWEN - The Ewen-Trout Creek Consolidated School District board adopted a budget for the 2011-12 fiscal year at its June meeting Wednesday. The district is planning on total expenditures of $2,241,552, down from last year's $2,355,19.

Search On For Man Who Fell In Lower Deschutes

07/18/11 Jefferson County authorities, aided by several agencies, were undertaking a major search on and along the Lower Deschutes River Monday for a man who apparently fell into the river and was swept downstream near the Trout Creek Campground Sunday night.
