Kleinschmidt arrested on Criminal Littering charges

02/14/11 SEMINOLE, Ala. -- Allen Dewayne Kleinschmidt, 34, of 19802 Bird Hog Road in Seminole, was arrested around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday night and taken to the Baldwin County Correctiional Facility in Bay Minette and charged with Criminal Littering, Failure to Bury and a Probation Violation. Bond is $500 for the two charges and no bond was set for the probation violation.

Atmore man held on gun charge

Man charged with murder in fatal DUI wreck in Baldwin County

11/12/10 A Robertsdale man is facing a murder charge in Baldwin County in connection with a July drunken driving accident that killed a woman. The charge against Mark Howard was filed Wednesday in District Court.
