07/17/11 MOBILE, Alabama--An evenly divided Baldwin County Commission could translate into rejection of a proposed $25 million bond issue to buy a 3,000-acre certified megasite near Bay Minette, leaving the county with two choices: secure a purchase option or lose the land deal, according to officials meeting with the Press-Register Editorial Board on Friday.
