Prep hoops: Alabama Christian wins opener

11/10/10 Sarah Michaud and Bridget Barker each scored 11 points to lead Alabama Christian to a season-opening 60-28 victory over Tallassee on Tuesday night. ACA plays in the St. James tournament at 8:20 p.m. Friday.

Fort Dale gains new opponent

05/19/11 Fort Dale Academy will have a new opponent come next season. Northside Methodist Academy, which has competed in the Alabama Christian Education Athletic Association for the past 20 years, is joining the Alabama Independent School Association, effective this coming academic year.
