12/08/10 There is a delay in the trial of former Pelham Police Chief Edward Fleury. Hampden County Superior Court Assistant Clerk William Eason told 22News that Fleury's lawyer announced Wednesday morning that her client is ill. Eason says that trial has been continued for a status conference on December 15th.
