Seven Hills businessman charged with killing homeless man

04/18/11 Frank Dienes Jr. was charged Monday with killing a homeless man and burying his body in a shallow grave behind Dienes' home on Oakwood Drive. Joseph Kopp, 58, had been homeless for before he began living at Dienes' home in 2009.
