ECC Seeking Grants for Degree Programs

02/08/10 East Central College is seeking a $952,600 Community Development Block Grant through Franklin County for new and expanded programs. "We are quickly considering several areas of new and expanded programs tied to high occupational demand," college President Dr. Ed Jackson told his staff recently.

Ed Jackson Jr. stands firm to make King Memorial dream a reality

01/15/11 For 14 years Ed Jackson Jr. has been the chief navigator of the Martin Luther King Jr. memorial in Washington, D.C., scheduled to be dedicated Aug. 28 and featuring as its centerpiece a granite 30-foot-8-inch statue of the slain civil-rights leader.
