08/10/09 LYNN - A city arson investigator said the suspect in a June Molotov cocktail attack on a homeless couple bragged about the assault to other homeless individuals who did not pass on the confession to authorities. 08/10/09 A Newport man on a motorcycle died Sunday afternooon after colliding with an oncoming car on Ohio 26 in Ludlow Township in eastern Washington County 30 miles from Marietta. Donald L. Sutphin, 37, of Newport, is identified as the operator of a 2008 model Yamaha motorcycle.
