    Man charged with sexually assaulting college students

    03/16/10 Dori Joseph Costa, 43, of the 12000 block of Fox Hollow Court in West Friendship, was charged Friday with second-degree assault and fourth-degree sex offense, county police said. He is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center in Parole on $100,000 bond.
