USDA Announces $23.6 Million in Clean Water Grants for Rural Alaska

07/16/11 This Friday, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack announced that 14 communities in Alaska will receiving $23.6 million in grants as part of the Rural Alaska Village Grant program for water and wastewater improvement projects.

Browns Mills student earns scholarship to Syracuse University

07/16/11 A local student, Ghyun Kim from Brown Mills, was awarded a scholarship yesterday from the Employees' Community Action Fund at Educational Testing Service (ETS) to help fund an education at Syracuse University.
