06/23/11 Samantha Vazquez, 18, of Sugar Grove represents Illinois in the 54th Distinguished Young Women National Finals Thursday to Saturday in Alabama. The Distinguished Young Women is a national scholarship program for senior high school girls, offering $142,000 this year.
