Hit and run suspect arrested after Las Palmas bridge crash

05/11/11 A Westley man fled on foot after allegedly causing a four-vehicle crash on the Las Palmas Avenue bridge east of Patterson Tuesday before authorities found him in the San Joaquin River and arrested him for driving under the influence among other charges.

Competition to kick off skate park grand opening
